I needed to remedy my one acre pond because of an infestation of water meal.  I found that the Fujimac aerator fit the bill—1 amp power needed allowing me to use 500 feet of inexpensive outdoor extension cord and a savings of about 40% on the cost of the unit itself.  All told I spent about $500 dollars for the system that included two aerator heads. The Fujimac works great.  Quiet, inexpensive to run, no need to enclose it and great customer support. So far so good. I’ve only had it installed for less than a week, but it runs quietly and as stated, not as hot as other pumps I’ve had in the past. Hopefully that means not having to rebuild as often.
